SHIPPING POLICY
UK Shipping is free and takes 3 - 5 working days to be delivered. International delivery cost £10 and takes up to 10 working days to be delivered. Our working days are from Monday - Friday. We use Royal Mail as our Courier.
If you are not in at the time of the delivery the carrier will try your neighbours. Alternatively they'll leave a calling card with details on how to re-arrange a delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange, contact us via email quoting your order number in the first 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your email, we will reply shortly with the necessary steps we both need to take to complete the exchange.

Refunds take up to 10 days to be seen in your account.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
